By purchasing from RAB HAIR, the customer acknowledges that hair products may vary slightly in colour, texture, density, length, appearance, and performance due to the nature of the product, lighting, styling, individual care, and normal manufacturing variation. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, colour information, care instructions, and policies before purchasing.

Once a product has been worn, altered, cut, coloured, washed, chemically treated, installed, customized, damaged, or otherwise changed from its original condition, it may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

RAB HAIR is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, colouring, bleaching, heat styling, chemical treatment, misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or work performed by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAB HAIR’s liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

All photographs, videos, branding, logos, product names, written content, and other original materials belonging to RAB HAIR may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
