Growing up, I watched the women in my family suffering from hair thinning and using heavy synthetic hair pieces that looked unnatural, felt uncomfortable, and often caused headaches. At the same time, I had my own journey with hair. I always dreamed of having long, voluminous hair, but genetics had other plans.
